If you or your partner is having problems hearing the television then I have 2 excellent options for. Both are easy to connect to your television and will improve your experience but are two completely different type of options.
The first it the “Miracle Ears” product that you see advertised on television and it is basically a way to connect one or two earphones to the television sound. The product works well and the only negative is the headphones are not as comfortable as they could be. That is my personal opinion but there are thousands of satisfied customers and it is a very successful product.
The 2nd product is using a specially designed sounder which connects to your television. The Accucvoice product by ZVOX (very respected marker of soundbars and speakers) basically replaces the television speakers and uses a patented hearing aid technology to amplify the voices on television so it is much clearer for seniors. I have used this product and a big proponent and can recommend it highly. The television manufacturers are putting in cheaper and cheaper speakers in that new flat panel televisions and the speakers are usually positioned on the back of the television which reduces the effects of the speakers. ZVOX is big on customer service and offers 30 day “try at home” deals with these and you will not be disappointed.
