It can be very frustrating for an Alzheimers / Dementia patient to have to depend on their caregivers and family. This terrific sounding radio makes it easy to set the “favorite station” and then all anybody needs to do is press one button and that station will come on. The volume can be adjusted from there and the “favorite station”can always be changed. The caregiver can also flip the panel and use this valuable product as a regular radio. The look is retro but still stylish and besides being very intuitive it sounds nice and crisp.
I purchased this product for my father-in-law after numerous times I was called to come over and help Keith with his radio. I tried digital radios and he could never figure out the sequence to turn on and find his station. He also would get frustrated with TV remotes and would end up pulling out wires on the cable connections after some troubles.

The caregiver or family member simply removes the front panel, selects the preferred station on either AM or FM and sets the volume to the desired amplification. Then just removes the control knobs (to avoid tampering) stores them in the power compartment in the rear of the radio & replaces the front panel.
Once the initial set up has been completed, the user simply pushes the button down to turn the radio on and pushes the same button down to turn the radio off. No more fiddling with all those confusing buttons & dials!
